Gregory M. Alford is admitted to the bar in South Carolina, Georgia and U.S. District Court, South Carolina, and has practiced law on Hilton Head since 1994. Gregg earned his B.S. in Commercial Recreation from Georgia Southern College in 1989, and his J.D. from Mercer University in 1994. He is the attorney for the Town of Hilton Head Island and has an active, private civil trial practice including commercial and contract litigation, personal injury law, foreclosures, mechanics liens and real estate litigation. John W. Wilkins is admitted to the bar in the State of South Carolina, U.S. District Court, South Carolina and U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, and has practiced on Hilton Head since 1997. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Emory University in 1994, and his J.D. from University of South Carolina in 1997. John's practice areas include corporate and business law, municipal law, landlord and tenant law, real property and commercial law, mechanics liens and collection, and simple estate planning. Scott M. Wild is admitted to the bar in South Carolina and has practiced on Hilton Head Island since 2007. He earned his B.A. in History from Gettysburg College in 2002 and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2007 where he participated in student government and pro bono tax work. Scott's practice areas include civil litigation, foreclosure law, debt collection, municipal law, business litigation, construction litigation, landlord/tenant law and mechanic's lien litigation. Mitchell J. Thoreson is admitted to the bar in South Carolina and has practiced law on Hilton Head since 2008. He earned a B.A. in History from Emory University in 2004 and his J.D., cum laude, from Mercer University in 2008. Mitch's practice areas include municipal law, mechanic's liens and collection and general civil litigation. He lives on Hilton Head Island and is active in the Hilton Head Island Rugby Football Club. Amanda Dubose is the firm's civil litigation paralegal and has been with the firm since 2004. She earned a B.A. in Sociology from Meredith College in Raleigh, N.C. Arlene Coleman is the firm's real estate paralegal and office manager and has been with the firm since 2002. She has been an island resident since 1986. Arlene earned a B.A. from Madison College. Ryann Clifford is the firm's Legal Assistant. She earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Carolina.
